Can we change the conversation about guns in our country? Director Judd Ehrlich hopes this film may do just that. He gives space and a place for all sides of the gun debate in this new documentary. Through his investigation into the history of American culture around guns, he debunks the myths that the NRA has perpetuated regarding gun regulation. How ironic that the filming of this documentary was done during COVID, another inflexion point in our country’s history. Fred Guttenberg, whose daughter Jaime was murdered at Parkland, is interviewed, along with some many others whose lives have been irreparably altered by gun violence. I will be watching and hope the readers of this blog will join me.
