Autostress is a new term for me. It was coined by Dr. John Arden and he uses it to describe what happens when our body’s stress response goes on for a long time. We are in the midst of the COVID19 pandemic and the stress is mounting as the weeks pile on top of each other. The Wellness Society has released this workbook to help address the anxiety associated with COVID19.
