The Relentless School Nurse: Well-Being During a Pandemic

The Mental Health Association of NJ – MHANJ has a new initiative to provide peer support through weekly Zoom calls. I will be hosting two school nurse groups each week, one on Sunday evenings at 7 pm and one on Monday afternoons at 3:30 pm through the month of October. We will be sharing an hour of peer to peer strength-based supportive discussions to explore the impact of COVID19. The aim is to create a safe space to discuss our challenges and promote self-compassion as we continue to work our way through COVID19 at school and at home. You can access info for the Zoom through this link: school nurses OCT (1)

Here is a description of the program from the Mental Health Association of NJ (MHANJ). The groups are no-cost and strictly confidential.
