Sandy Hook Promise released a new PSA that will leave you stunned, but hopefully stunned into action. This is another wake-up call for school staff, be vigilant about threats of violence and always take them seriously! There is no such thing as “just joking.”

It’s crucial to remember that 80% of school shooters confide in someone about their intentions. Sadly, these warnings are often dismissed as mere jokes. We must always treat threats of violence with utmost seriousness.
