NursePreneur Dr. Catie Harris has a spectacular podcast featuring the leading voices in nursing as her guests. This week she has one of my favorites, my friend, Barbara Glickstein, a public health nurse, health reporter, and media strategist. I always learn when I hear Barbara speak. I walk away with nuggets of media goodness that help guide my nursing practice. This time I heard Barbara share that her engagement with media is her public health nursing practice. That message struck a chord with me. Nursing happens in so many spaces, including media, where for many of us, is a new frontier.
Barbara leads media training workshops for nurses across the country and internationally. Sign up for notification of upcoming workshops and become “media ready.” https://www.barbaraglickstein.com/contact
